Once you have decided what equipment best meets your needs, you can place your order through this website or by phone using a major credit card. Your order will not be processed until both parties have agreed upon a delivery period.
Shipping & Delivery
All equipment is shipped FOB Chicago, IL. We can either ship you a boxed unit or we can arrange for inside delivery & set-up. Upon ordering you will be given an estimated delivery date immediately. We will confirm your delivery date within 24 hours. For inside deliveries we will give you a confirmed date and 3 hour window in which the delivery will be made. Our own staff of professional delivery personnel makes all Midwestern deliveries. Outside of the Midwest we use a network of independent reliable delivery professionals.
Fitness Warehouse Inc. stands behind every product it sells. If you are unhappy with any product that you purchased from us, it may be returned (freight prepaid) within 14 days for a full store Credit (less any original shipping and installation charges). Just call us at (800) 359-4610 and we will issue a Return Authorization#(RA) as well as help arrange for the equipment to be picked up. The return shipment must be freight prepaid and insured against loss or damage. Re-stocking fees of 25% may apply. Custom Orders are Not Refundable.
At Fitness Warehouse Inc. we also service everything we sell. To arrange for service, first get the make, model and serial number of the equipment. Then give us a call at (800) 359-4610 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then make arrangements for prompt service of your machine.
